I booked a comped room online.I booked a premium non-smoking.I have been a diamond member for at least 10 years and i have ALWAYS gotten the room that i booked online.When i showed up they said they did not have a premium room and they did not have a non-smoking room.I took the room and i went to eat and gambled a few hundred dollars.We went back to the room and i could not breathe.The smoking room was not a smell my lungs could tolerate,so we had to leave.When i told them that we had to go back home and drive an hour to get back home,they had no intention of compensating me in any way.just to say that there is no guarantee that you will get the room that you booked.I spoke to a casino host with a VERY BAD attitude.His name is Brandon.He did not even offer us a free buffet or any sort of compensation to make us feel as if they care about their guests.Isnt that what a casino host is supposed to do!!! I dont believe for a minute that they didnt have a non-smoking room they could have given us.He must think im stupid.
